Affiliate Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

These offers may include, but are not limited to, discounts on firearms, self-defense weapons, and related accessories. SASSI-DEFENSE LLC does not own, manufacture, sell, or distribute any products or services offered by its Affiliates and does not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, legality, safety, effectiveness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any product or service provided by an Affiliate.

2. No Liability for Affiliate Transactions
By using any discount codes, links, or promotions provided by SASSI-DEFENSE LLC, members acknowledge and agree that any purchase, use, possession, or reliance on products or services from an Affiliate is solely between the member and the Affiliate. SASSI-DEFENSE LLC will not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or legal consequences arising from or related to a member’s purchase, possession, or use of any product or service obtained through an Affiliate, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
• Product defects, malfunctions, or failures.
• Misrepresentations, omissions, or breaches of contract by an Affiliate.
• Violations of federal, state, or local laws related to the purchase, possession, or use of firearms or self-defense weapons.

3. Compliance with Laws
Members are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, transfer, ownership, possession, and use of any product or service obtained through an Affiliate.

4. Release & Indemnification
By accessing or using SASSI-DEFENSE LLC’s website and participating in any affiliate discount programs, members voluntarily release, waive, and discharge SASSI-DEFENSE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to or arising from interactions with Affiliates or the use of any products or services obtained through Affiliates. Members further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SASSI-DEFENSE LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from or related to their purchase, possession, or use of products or services from Affiliates.
