What we believe

While the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides for many firearms related benefits, our primary focus is centered around training for defense of ourselves, loved ones, and community. We firmly believe that self-defense is a duty and not an option. We promote and encourage concealed carry in our daily goings as it is not practical to expect someone to come to our aid in a time of need.

Armed with the sobering reality that law enforcement agencies, city administrators, legislators and politicians do not have answers to the growing crime problem and cannot provide adequate protection to its citizenry, Ray, his wife Valerie and the SASSI Engagement Team have launched a nationwide campaign designed to offer a network of reality-based training and education on self-defense to its community members.

Most of our efforts appear to be women focused. However, we recognize that criminality is an equal opportunity destroyer and gives no regard to one’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, political affiliation, age or otherwise. Therefore, we encourage and welcome all to join the community.
